Haikus

We have been learning about Haikus. They are a type of Japanese poem. The poem must be three lines long. The first line should have five syllables, the second line should have seven and the third line should have five. Haikus are usually about nature.

Summer

Sunny days are long.
Fixing tractors with Grandad.
Go swimming at home.



Spring

See rainbows in sky.
Hurling training starts again.
Lambs and calves are born.
